Billlieの日本デビューシングルには、韓国で昨年リリースされた2ndミニアルバム「the collective soul and unconscious: chapter one」のタイトル曲『GingaMingaYo（the strange world）』に加えて、韓国デビューミニアルバム「the Billage of perception : chapter one」に収録されている『everybody’s got a $ECRET』の日本語バージョン、そしてそれぞれのInstrumentalバージョンを含めた合計4曲が収録されている。
